Reverts Minecraft 1.21.9s lighting to look more like 1.21.8. Main differences are cooler lighting compared to vanilla 1.21.9

Compatible with Vanilla and Sodium, only for 1.21.9 or higher. This pack does not remove end flashes, they will appear as normal
