New Features & Changes

  • Added a new HC Block Outline tab that lets you customise how the high contrast block outline, introduced in Minecraft 1.21.2, should look. This will only work in 1.21.2 and above with the "High Contrast Block Outline" accessibility setting turned on
  • Transparent colours in the Block Outline and High Contrast Block Outline will no longer cause a weird x-ray effect on transluscent blocks (such as ice) thanks to a change Mojang made in 1.21.2
  • The way the app handles its data and creates the resourcepack has been significantly changed, if you spot any bugs, please report them to me on one of my socials

Bug Fixes

  • The "Line Width" setting should no longer cause gaps or inconsitent line widths in-game on certain screen resolutions

Technical Details

  • The way data is handled has been changed, data for each outline type is now stored in a renderType object like the Custom XP Colours app
  • The data in share links is now stored in the co-new-data param. Old share links can still be loaded and will continue to function correctly
  • Internal format version is now 7.

  • Improved the look of all app titlebars, this allows for multiple buttons, links, and toggles to be in the title bar

  • Added a Licensing & Usage link in the app title bar which outlines (no pun intended) what you can and can't do with resourcepacks made using this tool

  • "Line Width" is now measured in screen pixels instead of an arbitrary decimal point number, old packs will be automatically updated to use this new measurement when imported

  • Added tooltips to some options to give some extra information when neccesary

    This option is not available for Entity Hitboxes as it would provide an unfair advantage on multiplayer servers.

Monetisation

You cannot sell any resourcepack created by this app under any circumstances.

You cannot use ad-links, ad-shorteners or similar services to link to this website or to a direct resourcepack download. Instead, simply provide a direct link to this website. If you wish to share a resourcepack with other people, you can use the share link in the "Download & Share" tab. The share link can be shortened using a URL shortener, as long as you aren't making money off of it

Using resourcepacks in videos

If you use a resourcepack that was made using this app in a video (on YouTube, TikTok, etc) it is appreciated if you leave a link to this app in the description of the video, however this isn't strictly neccesary. Videos that include this app or a resourcepack made using this app can be monetised.

Installation Help

Pack Installation Instructions

These instructions are for Minecraft Java Edition only.

  1. Ensure you have selected the correct Minecraft verison in the Pack Settings box.

    If you are unsure which one to pick, open Minecraft Java Edition and look in the bottom left corner of the title screen.

  2. Click the "Download Pack" button and wait for the pack to be downloaded.

  3. Open Minecraft Java Edition and navigate to the Resource Packs menu.

    From the title screen click 'Options' then 'Resource Packs'.

  4. Navigate to your downloads folder and drag the pack you downloaded onto the Minecraft window.

  5. You can now enable the pack and enjoy!
